Unfortunately there is no workaround concerning high school transcripts. As for park login issue it happened to me likewise.
But my park Google work space is still active but logging into the student portal is now the issue.

but how can you login to Google workplace with park ID? through Gmail login i guess? but they are using Microsoft for login right for student portal?
