Don’t you worry, if he didn’t care he would simple ignore you and didn’t even liked you’re PM.
He liked you’re PM just to let you know that he saw your message and he will try to solve you’re problem as soon as possible. You need to understand that he can’t be 24/7 on his computer, and the description in this topic says that youtube maybe go down but he will replace it. :pray:

I have bought 4 accounts of youtube premium lifetime. It seems that mr. Brilliant is not able to keep up with the warranty anymore and is not going to refund me. I am so upset
