You get an option to license the audio/video while you download. Basically, you have to create a project name during the time of download. The project name can be your YouTube Channel Name, Website Name/Domain, etc. Chances of getting copyright strike/claims are very low but if you still get one, you do get a license (.txt) file with every download which you can use to avoid a copyright infringement.
