It seems that whenever a particular folder is downloaded, Google Drive does not provide a resume supported download link. Resume is available when a particular file is download but not the whole folder. is there way to solve this ? Any help is appreciated. ---

No, either you can download the zip files using IDM (rarely any file fails to download completely) or restart the file downloading process as soon as it fails on chrome. ---
