recently I’ve seen a lot of iobit software around so i thought to try them, but malwarebytes detected advanced system care as PUA, and Microsoft doesn’t really endorse such products, so are they safe to use, or maybe do we really need them?

I will stay away from iobit product. First they still database from malwarebyte.

They also do some aggressive marketing when you install any of their free product like iobit Uninstaller and have some shady services running in background.
