**💳 Steps to the activation — fixed so they work**

1. 🔎 **Look the BIN up first** — if the range does not resolve to a real issuer, nothing after this works
2. 🌐 **Open Brave** , then **[web.telegram.org](http://web.telegram.org)**, and log in
