the Problem is: this guide was valid for the old provider - sheerid. It was really that easy to fake. But as it was abused the veteran deal was canceled and even legit veterans lost their benefits. So this is the renewed veteran program with a new proider ([id.me](http://id.me)) and this is not so easy to fake. ---
