It happens with everyone. I, too, get for first multiple cards that Samsung pop-up to verify OTP (I guess, I cannot read Korean). You just gotta keep trying it until one works in which payment gets made without that pop-up of Samsung thing.
Not at all. CURRENCY DOESN’T MATTER. I have had currencies coming up in sometimes in Dollars as in $0 and others times in South Korean Won ₩33000. And it just didn’t matter; BIN worked regardless of which currency appears.

This exploit has been patched. Now it asks to authenticate the card details via Monimo/Samsung Pay as a final step. Failure to do so throws a “Cannot authenticate. Use a different payment method" message.
