What i did:
name: some korean name like i only knew Ban Ki Mun, oh yeah there is son hyung min tweak it little (not necessary though)
VPN: Free urban vpn (window downloaded not extension, free tier)
Browser: chrome incognito tab
address: go to the given website… but i tried try my ip address, there was korean ip address, seoul as city and then went to gemini, generated seoul based address, postal code and street
BIN same bin, same date…. madleets… generated 50 ccs and tried 3, first one didnt work, one random didnt work but another random worked… so gg.
used vpn from start to end.
i think thats it ta da.. and

It’s not worth trying this (Korean Bin) method, recently they suspended your account in just 1 day. Just tried Yesterday.
I made mine a month ago and its working just fine. I don’t think they will suspend your account in 1 day. Method is still working totally fine. I just think your doing something incorrectly and it’s happening to you.
The bins I believe are 1 time use. You need to create and use it instantly before it dies. You can’t be asking people for a bin they used long ago. That is not how it works.
