Tried multiple times, did with and without vpn, changed browser, did everything but now i got this 
also tried to contact with sheerid support as well, lets see when they gonna reply me
I got it, guys. My local cards weren’t working, so I asked a friend in the US to bind his card from his location instead, and it worked.
