After editing the two docs with the first and last name you intent to use on verification page.
Fill the following
School: university of Maryland global campus (because of the docs)
First and last name must match with names on edited docs and the gmail you used to setup the account.
Date of birth must match with the age you used when logging with Gmail initially.
Email address: use the park.edu( this is only to verify that you are from a school and for receiving emails from SHEERID team on completing the verification).
After submitting go to gmail app look for email sent by SHEERID on this park.edu
It’s normally the last phase of the verification which is asking for proof so upload the 2 edited docs(registration confirmation letter and admission letter)and the class schedule screenshot. Submit and wait for email from SHEERID if you experience any error in the process you contact SHEERID support with your park.edu and asked for manual verification.
You write your full name exactly as suggested previously your school(umgc)
Make sure you attached the docs before sending the email to SHEERID support team for manual verification.
Their response will take time sometimes 3 day or more even week or so depending on volume of requests they received in that day.
man how much i try it always shows me this after i click the sheerID verification link. did everything like brave browser proton vpn, university edu thing.
Make sure you use your .edu in the body message and don’t forget to attached your class schedule screenshot, registration confirmation letter pdf and admission letter pdf before sending.
You have to contact sheerid support, they will manually verify you
thats how I got verified, it took a good amount of time
and after that im still not able to claim it because of some error, it asks me to verify again and when i try to, it says youre already verified
so im stuck in a loop, hope you dont get into this
I was approved for chatgpt plus, all of sudden after a month they changed my subscription to Pro. First they tried to convert to Pro200 and charged ~$200 then immediately voided then charged Pro100 for $107. Now my profile doesnt show plus tier, it shows Pro tier with paid, anyone has any idea? I did sent the screenshot and explained the situation to help center and it has been 2 days no reply yet. Please let me know if anyone else has faced the same issue and how you resolved.
