Payment finally worked… Used US virtual card + US VPN matching the address of the card. So effective, get a us virtual card with billing address in the us. Make sure you turn on your VPN to the state on that billing address then try to load the student verification website. Then click activate offer. Enter card details, verify captcha. Voilà payment went through.

Same thing happened to me on a different student offer — the $0 authorization kept failing until I used a card issued in the same country as the account.
