I want to delete my card otherwise it will cut fee. Please help

There is no such option or dashboard to delete the card.
** Steps : To Remove to CARD>**

Please find first email you receive from Polar SH.

Enter your email, there

Click on manage Subscription, → Cancel Subscription.

Then you remove card.
