**1.Open and register new account at [money.yandex.ru](http://money.yandex.ru)** **2.Get your free virtual mobile phone number with verification at [textnow.com](http://textnow.com). Keep on your mind, you still need to remember the logins. Hint: just randomly write down all the infos!** **3.Fill up the details on both website and wait for the verification process.** **4.Upon successful registration, you should be on your “My Wallet” page.** **5.click on the middle button on the top right corner \> Issue a Virtual Card \> Get a card** **6.Scroll down to Owner’s Name and click Yandex Passport.** **7.Fill up the details (AGAIN).** **8.voila! there you go.! enjoy..** ---

Absolutely not, all you need a Valid Phone number as Admin Said. ( refer the guide carefully), there is a another thread in this forum " How to get a free Virtual phone number " So you have not to worry anything, I confirmed both are works fine for me !
