You can get high quality coures onloine for free, even the paid ones. but if you try to invest low amount the store will be difficult to maintain. please save money and watch the courses online and than spend. if you do this that will be more successful than if you spend little amount. ads are expensive these days.

You need at least Rs 50k to start and learn things. There are tons of tutorials available free on youtube, make sure you stick to one guide. If you have any questions, you can ask in this thread.
