**Intro:**  
Dropshipping is a type of retail fulfillment method where a store doesn’t stock products because it purchases the products from a third-party supplier.

This means a store owner can list products from a supplier on their website without buying the product first. When the store owner gets a sale, they buy it from the supplier at a cheaper price.

The supplier then sends the product directly to the customer. The store owner makes profit by being the middle man.
