1- signup on [Binance.com](https://www.binance.com/en/activity/referral-entry?fromActivityPage=true&ref=LIMIT_VLT6U6ZE) non ref ( [Binance.com](https://accounts.binance.com/en/register) )

2-activate the 2fa option + mobile sms + confirm email  
3- go to [P2P](https://p2p.binance.com/en) on Binance  
4- add Payment method [here](https://p2p.binance.com/en/userCenter#payment) ( to send Payments )  
5- choose the price that fir u  
6- make the exchange

6- choose the price that fir u

But when you want to re purchase you will have to pay fee and to buy it in native currency.

Watchout for the difference , but this technique would work best when there are sudden big fluctuations in a short time.
