Alright Alright Alright! I have seen alot of people saying they got issue afters signing into smartline! I also got the issue! here is what i did! from start!
1:Use Dallas Ranch Ip from Windscribe Vpn and signup for Smartline!
2:Installed Windscribe on Bluestacks and downlaoded Smartline from play store and signed in but got error!
3:I also signed for another number but still got error!
4:I had given up! but after one hour stucked on Netflix otp confirmation screen! I tried turning off vpn both my windows one and bluestacks one and i opened smartline app and tried to sign and you know what happened! BOOOOOOM!
I saw my two numbers and i clicked on first it asked for linking numbers! I just used random website of google us numbers and link it and it was done!
I used my smartline number to recieve otp and boom it was done! Thanks!
