bin’s are not working
I’m also getting the same error
I was getting error yesterday but now I can confirm that it’s working 100%. I have just created two Netflix accounts with given 519404 bin. Thanks @ Copy_Paste for sharing. 
Soltution:
Use Firefox focus android or ios app. Connect to windscribe vpn via location New York -Empire IP and use 10003 as zip code.

Been following @Copy_Paste thread since the start. I keep getting the dang error page frm the phone number registration page. I have used all types of vpn- nord, windscribe, holla, psiphon, proton to no avail. I guess this ain’t my day. Fingers crossed as I keep trying it out.
