Thank you. Not surprisingly, there are people betting on these fears in my country too.

What can be useful for safety : Getting a second passport, or a foreign residency (not easy, but worth it). The least you could do is at least having your country’s passport.

Having assets offshore can be useful too, but it won’t be as useful if you can’t leave a country in crisis.
