You recently had an email from an outside service blocked. Unfortunately, due to repeated abuse of our systems we have had to block access to, and email from, many online services not related to being an STLCC student, especially those that offer free or discounted service to those with a “.edu” email. This only applies to those students who have not yet enrolled in classes. Within 24 hours of enrolling in your first class, these limitations are automatically removed from your account, usually by the next morning and sometimes sooner. After that, your email account will fully act as you would expect. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I don’t understand why but when i use the mail in university portal it gets me to login and doing whatever i want but when to add to my gmail/ms account it says couldn’t find the account, is it activated or not? i ain’t getting this. ---

it doesn’t work, my forwarding was on; but the matter is they doesn’t change the password they disables the whole mail, if the mail isn’t activated how can it get a mail and forward to my inbox… ---
