Thank you for your interest in the University of Maryland Global Campus.
A review of your record has revealed invalid or unverifiable identity information, and as a result, your record has been selected for additional verification.
To complete the verification process, please click this link*. Complete the verification process using your mobile phone (preferred) or laptop and provide the following information:
- Government issued, unexpired photo identification (e.g. state issued driver’s license, passport) (front and back)
- A live self-photograph guided by prompts
When submitting your information, please make sure location services are turned on for your mobile device. You have 30 days to submit the requested information, but we encourage you to complete the process as soon as possible.
While your identity is being verified, you will be removed from all currently enrolled courses that have not started yet. UMGC has restricted activity on your record including enrollment, awarding, and disbursing financial aid until your information is verified. If you are using financial aid, your aid offer will be cancelled including any previously disbursed aid. This may result in a balance owed to UMGC. If additional information is needed, your MyUMGC student portal To-Do List will be updated with information you must submit.

Hey Raj, I have received same mail but by that time I have completed github and couple of other offers and no longer required this university account.

If you have already a working .edu email well setup fully activated and you took the screenshot of your student id, class schedule and have recieved admission letter, registration confirmation letter.
This is all what you need to get verified in all the students offers that are active currently even though you will be disenrolled later. For any future student offer you just create new account and register for class take what is needed from it for verification and enjoy your offer even though you will be disenrolled from class. And the circle continues until you’re tired of student offers
So don’t worry and just ignore this email from the administration the same thing happen to me the good thing the .edu email remain active even though one is disenrolled from class.
This can also be for your advantage to activate student offer which requires only active .edu working email without any additional documents. For instance beautiful ai 1 year student offer, Downdog 4 year student offer, lovepdf student offer, 1 month reve student offer and many more.
So relax don’t be trouble.
mine is ID
Either you ignore or you create new account if you’re worried. Yet there is nothing to worry about. If you want to unlock student perks which requires additional documents for verification then create new account and register in class immediately otherwise remain with this active edu email and still unlocked other students offers either way is a win win for you.
if you have holding issues like highschool transcript , I want you to register this course after a few hours , I can log in to my edu email portal , that works for me
Tutorial ready

I registered for two courses, but I encountered an error when logging in with my Outlook email. Please help me.
Bro wait 6 hours after registering for class and then you can login into outlook app not immediately since it needs at least 6 hours to be fully activated.
