this is the final response from them

lmaooooo. try getting a job next time so you can pay for things instead of committing fraud.

maybe try learning what fraud means
the worst thing happened here is policy violation that’s all and they flagged it as false data not proven yet

try getting a job so that you have actual work to do instead of commenting here

well that is true waste of time but learned a lesson there but keep that trick did work its just too many people and too many accounts were created and likely their system caught on to a pattern and flagget those all accounts

And by the way, if they dint find false daat, I am pretty sure they will unlock all accounts

nah it was a week at best

yea the only fake data i used was the number that’s all rest all was actual data

This topic reached 6 cubed posts

thats literally the catch like a gamble
the trick may work or may not

It looks like he is posting soimething really big

the final thing is that i think is we not following their policy and getting a perma ban that’s all

if you’re still in denial - go do some research on whether your actions constitute ‘fraud’, particularly in the context of:

  • Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. §1030 (§1030(a)(4), (a)(2), (a)(6))
  • Access-Device Fraud, 18 U.S.C. §1029 (mainly §1029(a)(2) because you said “why would it be cybercrime bro?”)
  • Wire Fraud, 18 U.S.C. §1343

In addition to breaking federal laws, here are the Colorado state-specific laws anyone on this thread is in violation of:

  • Cybercrime (C.R.S. 18-5.5-102)
  • Theft (C.R.S. 18-4-401)
  • Criminal impersonation (C.R.S. 18-5-113) (anyone that used a fake ID)

hope this helps. stop trying to cheat universities that serve public good.
