# [center]🔓 [TRICK] IMDbPlay — Free Streaming Hidden Inside IMDb's Own Pages, Zero Setup Hassle[/center] [center][color=#595959]*Browser extension. Adds a Play button to every IMDb page. No signups, no redirects, no tracking.*[/color][/center] [color=#FFC107]**🎯 Open IMDb → click Play → movie streams in a clean overlay. That's the whole flow.**[/color] [center]![image|690x371](upload://5frQJSqzfnciRwNaOg6KgY1AXRU.jpeg)[/center] --- [details="🧠 Why this hits different"] You usually open IMDb, check the rating, then juggle 5 sketchy tabs hunting for a working stream. **IMDbPlay collapses that into one click on IMDb itself.** No leaving the page. No fake "Play HD" buttons trying to install malware. > 💡 *Userscript / extension* = a tiny piece of code your browser runs on a specific site to add features. Like a kitchen drawer organizer — IMDb's still IMDb, just with one extra useful drawer. [/details] [details="🍿 What you get"] | Feature | Plain English | |---|---| | 🎬 Movies | Yellow play button on IMDb page → fullscreen overlay → done | | 📺 Web series | Click play → episode list in top-left corner | | 📝 Subtitles | Multi-language, baked into the player | | ⌨️ Keyboard shortcuts | `ESC` to close · `Ctrl/Cmd + Click` opens in new tab | | 🎚️ Quality controls | Pick resolution inside the player | | 🚫 Zero tracking | No login, no telemetry, no accounts | | 🪶 Lightweight | 2.8 MiB extension, MIT licensed | ![Screenshot 2026-05-13 175733|690x323, 75%](upload://yY135hKN5puAkcxWKaYqpBaFHGi.jpeg) ![image|690x326, 75%](upload://vwHB0nSPLszQVYHlfTWSJUz41ty.jpeg) [/details] [details="📥 Install — pick your browser"] **🪟 Microsoft Edge (one-click, official):** 🔗 [Get it from Edge Add-ons](https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/stream-movies-for-free-/plpglblclokedhebmdgnaajnmdipindi) **🌐 Chrome / Brave / Opera (30 seconds, manual):** Google booted it from the Web Store for piracy concerns — install manually: 1. Grab ZIP → [IMDbPlay GitHub Releases](https://github.com/cu-sanjay/IMDbPlay/releases/latest) 2. Extract the ZIP 3. Open `chrome://extensions` 4. Turn on **Developer mode** (top-right toggle) 5. Click **Load unpacked** → pick the extracted folder 6. Done. Open any IMDb page. **🐒 Tampermonkey lovers (lightest install):** Install [Tampermonkey](https://www.tampermonkey.net/) → [Install IMDbPlay Userscript](https://github.com/cu-sanjay/IMDbPlay) → no extension folder needed. [/details] [details="🎮 How to use — 10 seconds"] 1. Go to any IMDb movie/show page 2. Hit the **yellow ▶ Play** button (it added itself) 3. Movie opens in a fullscreen overlay 4. For shows → episode picker is top-left 5. `ESC` to close · `Ctrl + Click` to pop into a new tab > 💡 **Highly recommended:** install [uBlock Origin](https://ublockorigin.com/) alongside. Video hosts occasionally throw a popup ad. uBlock kills them silently → clean stream. [/details] [details="🛡️ Catch check"] | Q | A | |---|---| | Safe? | MIT license, open source on GitHub, no tracking declared by Edge store | | Why not on Chrome Store? | Google flagged it for piracy concerns — Edge approved it though | | Legal? | Grey zone like every aggregator. Pair with a [VPN from OneHack](https://onehack.st/search?q=vpn) if you live somewhere strict. | | Tracks me? | No personal data collected (Microsoft verified) | | Random popups? | Occasional — comes from the video host, not the extension. uBlock fixes it. | [/details] --- **🪄 Simple-pimple:** install once → open IMDb → click yellow Play button → movie streams. Pair with uBlock Origin for zero-popup experience. No signups, ever. [center][color=#8D6E08]*IMDb is now also Netflix. Don't tell Google.*[/color][/center]

**You don’t need all of that work! Just enter “play” before any link on the IMDb site like this normal link to this watch link **

I second that! For viewers getting confused. This is how you can do it: Normal link - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32430579 Play link - https://www.playimdb.com/title/tt32430579 The downside? Sometimes, some movies don’t load, while at other times, they work. Have fun!

just use cineby.sc … no point for this
