Yes you have to complete all the quizz and videos, in order to reach a 100% course progression.
Link to certificate is automaticaly send by Udemy after the course completion.

That depends on the course and the platform it’s on. Udemy courses with coupons usually have certification, but free Coursera courses usually don’t.
