When you create your RDP you can see all details

I got

username  
password  
GCP Project id

that’s it

I logged into the account \> VM instances\> Error

I can’t understand how it’s go to billing.  
I think something mistakes cause it’s give credits, and it’s work only 40 minutes time period.

That’s the limitation. You have to reatart the session after each one has expired within 40 to 45 minutes. All the work you have done and all apps installed is lost

Ok that’s good. But I am not getting the IP address to connect to rdp!!
