# Have anyone experience recovering tutanota account?

I have one account where locked due to inactivity, its say need to create paid account mail to takeover the locked one. but There is many option and the cheapest is 1.2 euro, and is there an extra hidden fee for this case? And is it actually work?

Just buy it premium and after that just cancel an order from their site, **it is recommended to use virtual credit card**.
