That exact template is $95 on [Gumroad](https://notionfornonprofits.gumroad.com/l/nonprofitOS) — but you can build the same thing for free by combining Notion’s official free templates: [Donor Management](https://www.notion.com/templates/nonprofit-major-donors-track) + [Volunteer Tracker](https://www.notion.com/templates/category/free-non-profit-templates) + [Fundraising](https://www.notion.com/nonprofits) + [Student Org In-a-Box](https://www.notion.com/templates/student-org-in-a-box) + [Budget Tracker](https://www.notion.com/templates/simple-budget-finance-tracker) + [Grant Pipeline](https://www.notion.com/nonprofits) — just duplicate all six into one workspace and link the databases together with Relation properties (takes ~2 hours, zero cost, same result).

> 💡 **The move nobody knows about:** Apply to [Notion in Motion](https://www.notion.com/nonprofits) (their Pro Bono program) — Notion employees will literally build you a custom workspace for free (4 hours of hands-on setup), which is better than any template because it’s tailored to YOUR org. If you’re at a school or university, sign up with your `.edu` email for a [free Plus plan](https://www.notion.com/help/notion-for-education) instantly. Nonprofits get [50% off via TechSoup](https://www.techsoup.org/notion) too.

If you don’t care about Notion specifically: [Airtable](https://airtable.com/templates/education-and-nonprofit) has free education nonprofit bases, [ClickUp](https://clickup.com/templates/project-plan/non-profit) gives you unlimited free nonprofit templates with unlimited members, and [Notionry](https://www.notionry.com/categories/nonprofit-notion-templates) has community-built free Notion alternatives — all of these cover student tracking, donor CRM, volunteer management, and program planning out of the box.
