#### How

Based on your questions. I believed you have zero knowledge in building a website.

So, I recommend you use online services that allow you to build the website without coding.

1. [Wix.com](http://Wix.com)
2. [Squarespace.com](http://Squarespace.com)

#### Cost

- Web Hosting
$10-15 on Wix or Squarespace
- Domain name registration
Free - $20

**By the way, if you search on Google beforehand, you would never have to post this kinda question here.**
