**Possible Solutions:**

1. Accessing via IP Instead of URL  
`ping yourdomain.com`  
Copy the IP that is shown in the results onto your browser’s address bar and open the site as usual.

2. Use A Proxy Site

3. Use a VPN Service

4. Use TOR Browser

5. Using Public DNS of ISPs

Using 1st option doesn’t make any sense. It wont work

Some VPNs are blocked on most public networks

Tor is too damn slow to stream anything

Only Cloudflare Warp works.
