- create a github account if you don’t already have one
- go to the original Github application that you want to deploy in Heroku : https://github.com/maple3142/heroku-aria2c
- Fork the github by clicking the Fork button on the top right of the page
- now you created your own version of that application, you can now modify all files
- edit the file named aria2c.conf and add this line in it :
peer-id-prefix=-TR2610- - Find the line :
user-agent=Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.117 Safari/537.36
and replace with :
user-agent=Transmission/2.61 (13407) - Deploy on Heroku.
And if you’re too lazy, then just use my Fork here : https://github.com/shdf2/heroku-aria2c
i already did the changes, so you just have to click the “deploy to Heroku” Button.
