Is there any method to Bypass Gdrive 750GB daily limited.

I found some goods colabs here, but i wan´t to transfer TD files to another without the 750GB daily limited.

I’m not sure , but I believe it is possible to do that if you assign permissions to different users? can anyone confirm this?
