1. Proceed with the standard steps until you reach the prompt to connect to a Wi-Fi network.

2. Disable your Network Adapter

3. Press **Shift+F10**

4. Type **oobe\bypassnro**

5. The system will restart, you will have the option to skip the process of adding an online account.
