You can use CheckM8 Tool to [bypass Activation Lock on iPhone or iPad](https://checkm8.info) running on iOS 12.4 up to iOS 14.2. The software also has a [free version of the Activation Lock Bypass Tool](https://checkm8.info/free-bypass-activation-lock-tool). The main difference between the free and paid version is that the free version is an untethered bypass.

Deleting iCloud activation is a serious issue. I think contacting the Apple store would be a more sensible approach. Third-party tools claim to be able to solve this problem, but it is not worth relying on.
