# How To Create Send/Receive Coinbase Verified Account!

1. So first you need a VPN , get a good Japan VPN and connect to it
2. Go to [coinbase.com](http://coinbase.com) and sign up over there, with VPN connected
3. Verify your email address and phone number, you can choose any country phone number . It’s not supposed to be a japan phone number.
4. After doing all these steps u will be redirected to the dashboard. You won’t even need to verify the id. Done!

So I did this several times and it does not work. Performed each steps verbatim using multiple vpns to test it. All of which have failed. If you could provide more details it would be appreciated.
