You can create one yourself. There are many libraries in the US of A offering lynda access. Lynda access is one of the easiest to get IMO. Or better still, use orange county edu mail bot by @dydx on 1hack and you get linkedin learning access too. Well you don’t need to be a USA citizen to get your hands on an account. How long do you need to run the course you are interested in?
