- 
  - Visit Sign Up

- 
  - Enter a valid phone number to receive SMS verification

- 
  - Claim a yandex.money Card

- 
  - Click get a virtual machine

- 
  - Then click the Yellow button and something sent to u number (phone number when u register)

- 
  - And fill the box with number that already sent to u number

- 
  - Click continue

- 
  - And done!

- 
  - The VCC number will show there but the CVV and Expire date will sent to u number
