First clearly explain your situation,

- How did u install it
- Where did you install it (in Virtual box or in a real machine\*(never prefer this option)\* )
- What were you trying to do while this situation happened

**IF YOU CANNOT EXPLAIN THIS NO ONE CAN HELP YOU**

Ahem…

I faced the same situation while installing android in Vbox and I fixed it by following this.
