Hello many vendors recently giving services for indexing backlinks.

How we can submit links to these g bot crawlers?

I have tried omega, but i am not able to get my links index  
Can you help how to best use omega for indexing?

If i added a new campaign with 150 links =\> None geting indexed after 2 weeks to 1 month?  
should I resubmit again? or if I submit once it will keep sending links to indexers again automaitcally witout burning my credits?
