**Summary:**

* * *

1. **New Feature**
Instagram is rolling out a “Song on Profile” feature, allowing users to add a song to their profile bio, reminiscent of Myspace’s early 2000s customization.

2. **Functionality**
Unlike Myspace, the song won’t autoplay; visitors can choose to play or pause the track. Users can select a 30-second clip from Instagram’s licensed music library.

3. **How to Add**
To add a song, users go to the “edit profile” page, where they can search for and choose a track from Instagram’s music library.
