You can take use of SCRCPY using which you can control your Android phone from your pc.
For setting part, your question is not clear. You have to be more specific what you want..

You can do most of these things.
For that your phone has to be USB debugging enabled from “Developer Options”

Is your operable, like is its touch screen working?

For calling from your computer, i.e., using your computer mic and speaker but your phone’s software, you can use Phone Link by Microsoft.
For other purpose, SCRCPY will be enough!

Since you want to remove the battery of your phone, I’m not sure if it can operate by the power through USB cable as it may not be enough to keep the phone running.
Try yourself, and ask here if you have any further doubt.

You can also use some other apps like Rotation and Resolution Changer to make it more immersive.

Hello

To have your mobile phone automatically turn on when connected to power and to access it from your PC, follow these steps:

1. **Enable Developer Options** : Go to Settings \> About Phone \> Tap Build Number 7 times.
2. **Enable USB Debugging** : In Developer Options, turn on USB Debugging.
3. **Auto Boot** : Some phones support auto power-on via settings/apps, but you may need a custom ROM or root access for full control.
4. **Remote Access** : Use software like scrcpy for screen mirroring and control via USB.

Hope it helps !

Thank you 🙂
