I don’t understand why you ask this kinda question here?
How did you get TD?
It is by the leaked API that allows you to create TD without permission from institutions (who run the TD). You should know this is not FREE. They have to have a deal with Google and pay the fees, so they can give these benefits to their staffs and students.
On top of that, many institutions have been informed that there is an inappropriate use of their facilities. That’s why your TD is removed for good. They have right to remove it without notices since you had it without their permissions, why they should inform you. Congratulations, you’re Busted!
To recover, you need to contact the TD provider (e.g. institutions) with very-very good reasons plus any proof you are qualified to have their TD.

This is possible only for the students/staffs of that particular institution. Either way, people like us have to deal with the consequences, since it was not meant for people outside their organisation.
My 2 cents : If anyone planning to store some huge granny p0rn or something like that, just beware that its not permanant, one or the other day they fking remove you from their fking TD. And i personally lost 400 GB of courses, which i had made a copy on TD

use MEGA instead i mean pretty much every cloud service would make an audit someday or another and will delete illegal stuffs for sure no matter what

I create edu a/c and then share a folder to original gmail after some months edu banned but shared foldrr working fine. While in other hand my TD vanished and i shared link taht links not working too.
