IN MY OPINION many think its a myth but it exists just google mariana web u will get info about it as for me the replies above are like saying if u cannot see your brain, it means u dont have one 5 to 10 yrs down the ground everyone will be able to access mariana web as we access dark&deep web now ---

its available but not everyone can go there. most of their links are pgp-4 signature. which require access code and also login validity till 10-20mins only.. possible:yes but not in windows os you have to switch in **TAILS**
