Bro I have one how to use it in this Colab to transfer big files.
bro colab only gives u 80 gb disk space thats why its not recommended for big files…it will give u errors like this
for big files u need rdp

its work on that cryptographic link (mega link) which is given by mega,that is the link generated by mega is linked with account bandwidth.

simple you need a pro account, or you can ask someone to add that file to their account (who has pro account)and share to you it will solve, I have pro lite so if u want u can share the link ,then i will share the link back
