That is their policy changes in started in the beginning of this year till this month, they have cut of free Copilot in Office apps as well. Nothing can be done. ---

My account was working fine. hi, just curious if anyone got their accounts back. mine is completely banned - i emailed support and each and every time they said no. even after multiple escalations. i just want to transfer my files out of there and locally, as i have had it for maybe 4 years, i want to download all of those files locally. if anyone has any solution, that would be appreciated. ---

Not sure about that, but most student accounts that are created unverified, are in hot water. ---

No solution except downloading your data local, they are not listening anyting just fake replies to pretend they care. But at the end of the day they will block access to your files, so while you can access hurry to download. Don’t hope anything.
