sadly they banned my account. i have 2 tb in there. i tried transferring data out while my files were read only, then they banned me during my transfer because of “abuse”. i kept appealing and they said no. ---

same thing happened to me, sadly i kept trying to appeal and they said no, so my files are gone permanently. they permanently banned my account. you can try to appeal, best of luck as i am just sharing my experience ---

Sad to say, but there is no free fix for the time being! **Visual Studio Professional/Enterprise subscribers** automatically qualify and get renewable sandboxes as long as their subscription is active. - At times, **new sandbox subscriptions are disabled** unless you already have a paid Microsoft 365 subscription. - The “You don’t qualify” message can be misleading, it may simply mean Microsoft isn’t issuing new free tenants at the moment. ---

do you have any idea now why? I have below issues in my one drive and also is there any specific way to get the access to the administrative account as I have lost my phone and dont have access to the 2FA(Microsoft Authenticator App but have access to the mail from which I have created the the developer 365 acounts Access Denied This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy located in the Terms of Use.
