Wanted to share my own experience since this confused me at first too.

Here’s the redemption flow that worked for me: download the Muse app, finish registration, then head to Settings → Redeem token and paste the code. Just make sure you enter it within 48 hours of signing up. Once it’s accepted, we’ll both get 1 billion Muse tokens — that’s Meta’s official wording, so the exact terms are on their page.
