We’ve just fixed the HeyGen issue—everything should now work smoothly. 
Please download the new .json file from your private group drive.
Open the extension and first click Clear All (this removes old cookies/cache).
Then click Import Session and select the new .json file.
That’s it—you’ll now be able to generate Pack Credits without any problems.
We sincerely apologize for the earlier mess and thank you for your patience!
