# Not receiving OTP from Facebook |

I’m not able to login into my Facebook account because I’m not receiving the OTP. My service provider is Airtel, I tried sending SMS to 32665 but it says message sending failed. I contacted facebook they told me to send my original ID proof the problem is my account is not on my original name I’m using this account for 7 years and I have lot of memories. can someone help me to unblock my account or help me to get OTP so that I can log in?

I am really sorry for your loss but there is no any other way to bypass that. Either you have to submit the proof or forget about it and move on.
