I had purchased the onedrive unlimited, from the sky university packages However, recently I can’t log-in to the drive online. I can login successfully to my @ [https://portal.office.com/Account](https://portal.office.com/Account). Please can you help me out. I had uninstalled and reinstall the software but still getting the following. That it usually happens when you are trying to add a work or school account from an organization that does not support OneDrive. For your reference: [Error Code 0x8004ded2](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/what-do-the-onedrive-error-codes-mean-f7a68338-e540-4ebf-ad5d-56c5633acded?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us#ID0EBACAAA=Error_codes). Try to reset the OneDrive apparition and check the outcome.
